1.) Can I make your crafts to sell/give to others? Of course! You are just buying
a kit to make crafts.
2.) What is your refund policy? Simply return your unused kit within 30 days for
a full refund. We deduct approximately $8 for shipping, handling and paypal fees, but you can keep your sample.
3.) I don't have a PayPal account. Is there another way to order? Yes, you can call
us at 231-421-5157 to place your order by phone. Our hours vary, but are typically Tues and Fri 12-3 PM Eastern Time.
4.) What do you do with bounced checks? We send them to FedChex, who will charge
you the maximum state allowed penalty. So, if you think your check won't clear, please use another means of paying.
5.) How many units do you order per month? Our orders are based on our supply and
demand so they vary each month. Typically, our orders are 1-2 units per month.
6.) Can home assembly be considered a job? No! Never! Home assembly is simply
a fun hobby, nothing more! Sorry.
7.) What is your privacy policy?
